Tram KM
Series of Soviet four-axle motor double-sided high-floor tramcars, mass-produced by the Kolomna Locomotive Plant and the Krasnoe Sormovo plant in 1926-1939. The first large series of wagons of this type was built by the Kolomna plant and therefore received the designation KM (Kolomna Machine-Building). The KM series wagons were produced only for the 1524 mm gauge.
With the start of production of four-axle tramcars of the new generation MTV-82, the gradual replacement of KM-type trams began. The last KM tramcars in Moscow were withdrawn from passenger operation on February 20[3] 1974[2].
